       恒溫恒濕試驗箱是將產(chan)品放置在規定(ding)的溫(wen)度和濕度中,看(kan)產(chan)品的耐(nai)高溫(wen)、耐(nai)低(di)溫(wen)、耐(nai)濕能力,然后(hou)恒溫(wen)恒濕機具有加熱、降溫(wen)、加濕、降濕的能力。

       1、在濕(shi)熱試驗(yan)過程(cheng)中,濕(shi)度不能滿足規定的要(yao)求,哪里有問題?

       B.可(ke)能是濕球紗(sha)布使用時間長,或(huo)者是供(gong)水水質純度高,會使紗(sha)布變硬(ying),使紗(sha)布無(wu)法吸收水分,干燥。上述現象可(ke)以(yi)通過更換(huan)或(huo)清洗紗(sha)布來消(xiao)除。

       (2)實際(ji)濕(shi)度與目標濕(shi)度有很大不同,數值要低得多(duo)

       加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)系(xi)統和加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統大致相同;恒溫(wen)恒濕(shi)(shi)(shi)試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)是加(jia)熱(re)器加(jia)熱(re)水轉化為蒸汽的過程;達到恒溫(wen)恒濕(shi)(shi)(shi)機加(jia)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)的目(mu)的。降濕(shi)(shi)(shi)系(xi)統也是通過制冷(leng)系(xi)統完成(cheng)的,蒸發器放置在恒溫(wen)恒濕(shi)(shi)(shi)試驗箱(xiang)(xiang)中(zhong);相對(dui)較冷(leng),恒溫(wen)恒濕(shi)(shi)(shi)機中(zhong)的高濕(shi)(shi)(shi)氣(qi)體會(hui)看到冷(leng)物體凝結成(cheng)液體;這樣反(fan)復箱(xiang)(xiang)體的高濕(shi)(shi)(shi)氣(qi)體會(hui)很少,達到降濕(shi)(shi)(shi)的目(mu)的。
